We help investors identify high-yield property opportunities that are grounded in strategy, cash flow, and long-term outcomes.
With experience in property dating back to 1993, we specialise in helping clients understand complex investment options such as SDA, co-living, multi-occupancy housing, and other income-focused property strategies.
Ian's role is often to act as the translator between the investor, the property opportunity, the broker, the accountant, and the developer. The aim is to help clients understand not just what they can buy, but what they should buy — and whether they should buy at all.
We help investors identify property opportunities that are driven by strategy, numbers, and long-term outcomes — not hype.
With experience in property dating back to 1993, our approach is built on a practical understanding of real estate, investment strategy, client education, and market cycles. Our focus is on helping clients make informed property decisions that align with their goals, financial position, and appetite for risk.
Our work is centered on high-yield property investment strategies, including Specialist Disability Accommodation, co-living, multi-occupancy housing, and other income-focused property opportunities. Rather than simply presenting properties, we aim to help investors understand the reasoning behind each opportunity: the cash flow, the risks, the market position, and the long-term strategy.
We believe property should serve a purpose. For many investors, that purpose is to create passive income, reduce reliance on active work, build long-term wealth, and ultimately create more choice and time freedom.
We take the time to understand each investor's goals, needs, and current position before recommending a strategy. This allows us to triangulate the right approach rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.
Our philosophy is conservative and numbers-based. We are not interested in speculation for its own sake. A property needs to make sense commercially, strategically, and practically.
We look closely at yield, cash flow, debt structure, risk, tenanting, market demand, and the investor's broader financial objectives.
A key part of our role is helping clients interpret the data. Today's investors have access to more information than ever, but information alone does not create clarity. We help clients understand what the numbers mean and where potential risks need to be managed.
Ian Orrell's first involvement in property began in the UK in 1993, where he trained as a real estate agent before specialising in property sales, including high-end period homes in West Sussex. He later moved into commercial property and established a commercial surveying company, before purchasing his first property at age 26.
His wider professional background includes business, education, property investment, client advisory work, and training. This combination has shaped a communication style that is focused on clarity, trust, and education.
Ian has also personally invested across several property-related asset classes, including residential property, commercial property, co-living, SDA, and fractional property investment. This investor's perspective is central to the way we assess opportunities. We do not look at property purely from a sales perspective; we look at it through the lens of whether the numbers, risks, and strategy would make sense to an investor.
Our business is guided by integrity, follow-through, and honest communication.
We believe in doing what we say we will do, being direct when something does not make sense, and giving clients enough information to make confident decisions.
Sometimes that means advising a client not to proceed. We see that as part of the responsibility of working in a client-focused advisory role.
The best property decisions are rarely rushed, emotional, or based on chasing the cheapest deal. They come from understanding goals and acting decisively when the right opportunity appears.
We assist investors who are looking for property strategies designed to improve income, build long-term wealth, and create greater financial flexibility.
"Our aim is not simply to help clients buy property. Our aim is to help them buy property with purpose."
